Return & Warranty Policy

Standard Return Policy


We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The item must be returned with original packaging and accessories

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Used or damaged products (unless defective)

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products marked “Non-Returnable”

  • Digital goods

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or shipped in error.
 

1-Year Limited Warranty


All eligible products purchased from Bottle Rocket™ are backed by a one (1) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Internal component failure due to faulty workmanship

  • Product malfunction under normal, intended use

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage

  • Water or liquid damage (unless the product is labeled waterproof)

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized repair, or modification

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

If a defect is confirmed within the 1-year period, Bottle Rocket™ will replace the product at no additional cost (excluding shipping if applicable). In some cases, an equivalent or newer model may be provided if the original product is no longer available.
 

Insurance Coverage Plans & Replacements


Customers who purchased an Insurance Coverage Plan at checkout receive expanded protection beyond the standard warranty.

Insurance plans may include:

  • Accidental damage coverage

  • Theft or loss protection (if included in your specific plan)

  • Extended replacement options

  • Priority processing

If your covered product becomes damaged, lost, or defective during the active insurance period:

  1. You must submit a claim via [support email or claims portal]

  2. Provide proof of purchase and insurance plan

  3. Provide images of the damaged item (if applicable)

Once approved, Bottle Rocket™ will issue a replacement product of equal or comparable value. Depending on your plan, a deductible may apply.

Insurance plans do not cover:

  • Intentional damage

  • Fraudulent claims

  • Unreported loss within the plan’s required timeframe
     

How to Submit a Return or Warranty Claim


To start a return or warranty claim, please contact Bottle Rocket™ with the following information:

  • Full name

  • Order number or receipt

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or video (if applicable)

Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with return or replacement instructions.
 

Processing Times

  • Inspection of returned items: 3–5 business days

  • Replacement processing: 2–3 business days after approval

  • Refund processing: 5–10 business days (bank dependent)
